Oh how I love Thanksgiving! This year we spent the day with my family. Ben and Carrie and their kids were here from California so it was great to spend time with them.  We ate LOTS of great food at my moms and then kept up the Crosland family tradition of a movie after dinner.  We went to see "Frozen" the new Disney movie and it was absolutely adorable! One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is when we all go around and tell what we are thankful for. As we went around my niece Blake's turn is next, she sits there for a minute and points at Stefan and I and said "I am thankful for you and you!" and then she was done. I am happy we made it onto her list! Kids are the cutest.  This year I said I was grateful for my cute husband as well as my mom.  I have an amazing mother! She still puts up with me coming over all the time, my panicked phone calls when I am cooking and I've messed it up, going to countless doctors appointments, being there for me during the hardest points in my life and simply for being my constant best friend! I've been blessed beyond measure for the amazing parents that I have. I'm very grateful for them.
I even am grateful for this little pill.  I love how she is always with me and no matter what is happy to see me.  Dogs really are the best.

And of course I am grateful for all my cute nieces and nephews... This is the newest addition to the family. Baby Logan!

It was a great Thanksgiving being together with the family.  We missed Tyler and Carly and their kids. Next year to the Brown family!

Stefan's 24th!

Stefan turned 24 this past Tuesday! That was our first birthday for us to spend together.  It was so fun!
He had work during the day so he was gone for the majority of the day, but when he was home we had a great time.  We went to dinner and then after we had friends over and had cake and ice cream for Stefan and his twin sister Paige.

I made "Better Than Sex Cake" and it was super easy and a big hit!

Stef and Paige blowing out the candles... The picture is blurry but its the only one I got!

For those who know Stefan you know that he is one of the selfless people you will meet.  I definitely married up.  He is so amazing and a huge example to me everyday.  It's obvious that he is amazing because he can handle me and that is not easy to do. I never would of thought that I would be married at 19 to someone like him! I definitely lucked out. Happy Birthday Stef!:)

Goodbye Halloween!

Although Halloween is now over... I still wanted to show you all my Halloween decorations that I made! Growing up I always teased my mom because she decorated for "Autumn" instead of for Halloween... But since whatever I tease my mom about usually comes back to bite me... I found myself making an "Autumn" decoration! Not a great picture, but here is my "Happy Fall" banner.

Then for my actual Halloween decoration! My sister Amy and I made these out of 2x4's.  Super easy and quite cheap to make!

We had a great Halloween even though we didn't really take any pictures to show anybody.  We dressed up like Vampires and we went out to dinner and to a haunted corn maze with friends! Never been a huge Halloween fan (too creepy for me) but I always love to dress up! It was mine and Stef's first Halloween together!
